SoftNest is crafted from premium Oxford fabric, selected for durability and ease of care.

For everyday maintenance, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or soft sponge.
When deeper cleaning is needed, the removable cover can be hand-washed in cool water using mild detergents.

The fabric is designed to retain its shape and colour even after repeated cleaning.

🧼 Tip: For small stains, a gentle soapy solution is sufficient. Harsh chemicals are not recommended.

Yes — safety is at the core of every SoftNest chair.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed specifically for children and features:

🚚 When will I receive my order?

Each SoftNest chair is individually handmade to order, which takes approximately 25–30 days.

Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly from our Canadian factory.
 

📦 You will receive a readiness notification and tracking number.
🚚 Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days and is made directly to your door.

🎁 Every order includes a warranty card and a care guide.

🌿 What filler is used?
SoftNest chairs are designed to be filled with EPS (Styrofoam) beads, providing lightness, softness, and flexible support.

We ship our chairs without filling by design, offering several advantages:
 

• Lower environmental impact — reduced shipping volume and emissions

• Convenience — EPS beads are widely available at furniture or home stores

• Custom comfort — you control the level of softness

 Filling the chair takes just a few minutes using the protected inner zipper.




🎨 Can I request a custom character or design?

Absolutely. We specialise in made-to-order designs.

You may choose:
 

• fabric type (Oxford or velvet),

• colour combinations,

• a character or theme — bear, bunny, lion, unicorn, superhero, and more.
