If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

•  Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition

•  The chair cover must show no signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

•  Custom or personalized items are final sale

Packaging

•  The item must be returned in its original packaging

•  If the original packaging is damaged, you may use a similar-sized box

•  The box must be suitable to protect the item during shipping

Filling / Inserts

•  Filling (granular or foam inserts) is non-returnable for hygiene reasons

•  If the chair was purchased without filling, only the fabric cover may be returned

Shipping Costs

•  Original shipping fees are non-refundable

•  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

•  We do not accept COD or unpaid returns

Refunds

•  Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

•  Refunds are issued to the original payment method

•  If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense

Local Returns (Toronto Area)

 • Customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may arrange a local return by appointment

•  Please contact us before visiting

Damaged or Defective Items

•  If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

•  Include photos and your order number so we can assist you quickly
