❓ How to clean a bag chair?

Our chair is made of premium Oxford fabric that does not absorb moisture and dirt.
For daily care, it is enough to wipe the surface with a damp napkin or a soft sponge.
If required, the — case can be removed and washed by hand in cool water without bleaches.
The fabric retains its shape and color even after repeated cleaning.
🧼 Tip: For stains, use a mild soapy solution — without hard chemicals.




🧸 Is the chair safe for children?

Yes, absolutely.
We created a chair specifically for children, so it is:
made of hypoallergenic fabric, odorless and toxic dyes;
it has a child lock-blocker that prevents the child from opening the filler on his own;
reinforced seams can withstand a load of up to 500 kg, which makes the chair stable and safe even during active games;
all materials are certified according to the safety standards of children's products.

Yes, we are confident in the quality of each SoftNest product, so we provide a 2-year official warranty. It covers any manufacturing defects of seams, locks or fabric.

🚚 When will I receive my order?
We create each chair individually to order, so production takes 25–30 days.
After that, the order is sent directly from our factory.

📦 You will get: readiness message and tracking number; delivery directly to the door, usually within 3–5 days after shipment.
🎁 With the chair, you get a warranty card and a care memo.



🌿 What filler is used?
Our chairs are designed for maximum convenience — they are designed for filling with Styrofoam granules (EPS-beads) that provide softness, shape and lightness. We send chairs without filler — is a conscious decision that has several advantages:

Free shipping: Thanks to this, we can send your chair without additional weight and cost of transportation;
Convenience: the filler is easy to buy at the nearest construction or furniture store (these are regular «balls for bag chairs»);
Sustainability: We reduce the carbon footprint of delivery because we do not transport an extra volume of air.
🧺 You simply pour the filler into a special inner section through a protected zipper — it takes up to 5 minutes.




🎨 Can I order my own hero design?

Yes, of course! We will be happy to create a chair unique to your child — with any favorite hero, animal or color.
Can choose: fabric type (welvet, oxford);
colours and combinations;
character (bear, bunny, lion, unicorn, superhero, etc.).
